Venue hire at Hill Close Gardens
Hill Close Gardens: an attractive and well-equipped venue for community and business use.
The Lammas Room in our new Centre building is ideal for lectures, seminars, away days, and large or small group meetings. It is also ideal for social events and family parties.
It accommodates up to 60 people with lecture room layout, or 48 people seated at tables. The room is comfortable, has fully adjustable lighting and is well-ventilated. Equipment includes a PA system with radio microphone, a drop down screen for use with our overhead LCD projector or OHP projector, and a flip chart easel / whiteboard with paper and pens. There are ample vertical surfaces to stick up and display flip chart pages.
There are modern toilet facilities, and the building is fully DDA compliant.
The Lammas Room looks out over the attractive Gardens, and users are welcome to make use of the adjacent outdoor space. A guided tour of the Gardens can be arranged for an additional charge. Contact the Centre Manager for details on 01926 493339.
Users are welcome to make and serve their own hot and cold drinks and light meals from our fully equipped kitchen with service into the Lammas Room.
We can provide a list of local caterers to provide meals – please ask our Centre Manager for prices.
Subject to prior bookings, the Lammas Room is available as follows:

Ample car parking is available nearby at reasonable rates. Our Caretaker will open the building before and secure it after your event.
There are three rates of charge:
Education/Special needs: £ 15.00 first hour, then £10.00 per hour.
Social/Community: £ 30.00 first hour, then £ 20.00 per hour.
Commercial: £ 50.00 first hour, then £ 35.00 per hour.
